The RDA6815 is a monolithically integrated power amplifier Module. The PA is manufactured with Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process and designed for CDMA/AMPS handheld equipment in the 824MHz~849MHz band.The package of this chip is 3mm×3 mm×1.1mm LGA with 8 pins.
The quiescent current of RDA6815 is only 13mA. The input and output are internally matched to 50Ω to simplify the system design.
