来自中国的域名投资人在全球著名的域名投资交流社区dnforum发帖称，自己通过海外域名担保交易网站获得的三个域名被强制收回，损失数百万人民币。
来自中国的域名投资人hanson在全球著名的域名投资交流社区dnforum发帖称自己在2010年3月通过escrow.com域名担保交易网站购买的bq.com、ycw.com、usd.net三个域名被强制收回，原因是因为域名持有人向威瑞信verisign（verisign的主要业务有管理世界13台根服务器中的2台（a与j）、顶级域名中的.com和.net）发信，声称自己身份证信息与e-mail被盗，致使域名遭窃并被盗卖，要求威瑞信取回这三个域名。

hanson在dnforum发表的帖子原文：
'sos' and need help.
i buy bq.com ,ycw.com and usd.net from one guy by escrow.com on march, 2010.
then he ask verisign to get back these domain names.
the reason is his id card and e-mail was stolen.
my new register ename give these domain names back to tucows now, althogh i have show them my deal agreement document and transfer by authorization code.
please be attention for these domain names and the guy's other names.
moreover,
i want to say please use sedo.com to do deal of domain names.
because escrow.com do not show the evidence of domain names' deal.

据了解，在收到域名持有人的投诉后，icann认定这是一起域名盗卖行为，并将这三个域名强制转移出了中国买家hanson的账户。根据公布的价格信息，单是bq.com就让这位中国买家损失了130万人民币，连同ycw.com、usd.net，这位中国买家损失已超过数百万元人民币。

有业内人士表示，并非所有的海外域名交易都有所保障，随着中国买家的大量涌入，也势必会出现更多的域名交易纠纷案件。
目前暂不清楚域名被盗卖一事是否属实。
