（中国，北京 ，2019年1月4日） - Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) 近日与Momenta联合宣布达成战略合作，双方在自动驾驶高精度地图领域展开紧密合作，共同推动自动驾驶安全落地。高精度地图能够为自动驾驶车辆提供准确、实时的信息，保障安全行驶，是实现自动驾驶不可或缺的一环。ADI与Momenta的首期合作已围绕高精度地图的建图与更新相关技术展开，ADI的惯导单元（IMU）已应用于Momenta L3级别面向高速公路的自动驾驶解决方案以及L4级别面向城市道路的自动驾驶解决方案。
相较成本更高的光纤惯导、激光陀螺仪等传感器方案，ADI的 IMU具有更为出色的性价比。在一些极端恶劣天气条件下或者没有GPS信号的情况下， IMU就成为自动驾驶重要的输入。

从高精地图的采集模式来看，众包制图因具有成本优势以及能够完成快速更新的特点而成为主流发展方向，尤其对于基础设施日新月异的亚洲市场。Momenta基于视觉的高精度语义地图具有可众包、精度高、更新快等特点。Momenta不仅拥有自己的制图车辆，而且可以利用在出租车、卡车、巴士等多种车辆实现规模化的众包部署， 打造“自动驾驶的大脑”。
