one of the common complaints from the rf circuit designer is the lack of accurate, scalable rf device model and insufficient device library components provided by foundries. this bottleneck has restricted the freedom in circuit implementation and provides no room for circuit fine tuning. this paper demonstrates a scalable and accurate design kit using differential inductors as an example to address and tackle the current limitations.
